1.	How often do you update the website with material?
	The site is updated twice a day as we are adding new material regularly.
2.	If I request a story to be sent from the online ordering system, does it mean that I have bought the requested material?
	No, it does not mean you have bought the material. The material is sent for your consideration only. If you want to buy the story, you must contact Planet Syndication for pricing and syndication permission.
3.	I ordered material from the website, when should I receive the requested material?
	Orders made on the web are given a priority response. We strive to get the material to you within 20 minutes of the request with in working hours Monday – Friday from 9.00 – 18.00 GMT.
4.	What do I do if I want to buy a text and/or pictures?
	Please contact Planet Syndication to agree pricing and syndication terms. Our email address is customerservice@planetsyndication.com.
5.	How do I know if pictures are available with the story?
	There is a column which titled “PICTURES”. If it says “YES”, then pictures are available.
6.	Are all rights cleared on the stories listed in the database?
	Not all stories are cleared for immediate publication. When you make a request our Customer Service team ensures that a story is available for your territory. If there is a delay in receiving a story, they will contact you and advise you of the situation.
7.	How do I know how recent a story is?
	The database will show you all stories that are available for that subject. The search results will put the most recent entries to the web first.
8.	Why do you include older stories?
	The reasons are many and varied. Mainly, not all territories have the same schedule for publication. For example some territories can be 6 months behind the US in film premieres; a publication may want to print a retrospective of a certain subject; the TV section of a magazine may be reviewing a film from years prior and require material on this.
9.	How does your pricing work?
